Position summery:
Promote, support all Sutrac fluids sales activities and manage supply operations to ensure better availability and stock management for the purpose of achieving sales targets at the desirable level of customer satisfaction. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Product Promotion: 
Promoting Sutrac Fluids and SOS sampling program to all prospect customers, maximizing customer awareness of all product range, quality, benefits and Sutrac’s premier support and expand lubricants customer base to increase lubricants sales and SOS sampling volume.  
Customer Calls:
Maintain regular visits to existing and prospect customers to sustain a strong relationship with all clients and imposing Sutrac’s presence as the winning business partner, in addition to responding to and handling lubricants tenders
Product technical support: 
Acquiring comprehensive products knowledge to provide the necessary technical assistance to PSSR’s and service team and recommend appropriate lubricant to customers.
Market Intelligence: 
Conduct frequent market surveys exploring competition major activities, price trend lines and potential key commercial lubricants consumers.
S.O.S Implementation:
 Promote and enroll major customers in long term S.O.S programs to demonstrate quality benefits of Sutrac fluids and customer added values and increase SOS sampling volume to the anticipated level.
Forecast and Product Mix:
Plan anticipated monthly sales target per product type to ensure adherence with department budget and fulfill all customers’ requirements.
Supply chain management:
Maintain regular stock replenishment process, creates order and send to supplier, follow up communication with suppliers, shipping, documents and coordinate with logistics coordinator to release shipping documents and lubricants.
Sales activity reports: 
Generate and present periodic comprehensive reports to the management reflecting Lubricants  Department’s sales activities, competition market share and prices. Circulate updated lubricants stock levels.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Minimum qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or closely related field.
  • Mechanical/Chemical engineering background.


Experience:

  • 5 years lubricants operations and sales role including 2 years in a supervisory level.  
  • 1 year field or regional services.

  • Good experience in lubricants industry
