What
 You will be accountable to the Technology Vendor & Contract Management Team Leader to support managing all technology contracts   , financial management including cost accounting, capitalization, and asset management as well as manage vendors. 

How
In this role your major tasks and responsibilities will be :

  • RFP preparation and evaluation in coordination with vendor management, procurement and in support of the functional owners.
  • Support procurement  and all functional domains in defining contract requirements and terms and conditions including definition of SLAs and performance incentives
  • Monitor contract progress in alignment with procurement and functional domains and ensure the effective execution of vendor contracts.
  •  Handle performance against SLAs in annual vendor appraisal, against contracts and terms and conditions.
  • To  calculate performance penalties and incentives, based on vendor appraisal in alignment with Zain SD  procurement and financial management and control
  • Maintain the relationship with a technology of vendors to ensure a continuous up to date view on available services in the market.
  • Periodically update and calculate the cost base line, the cost accruals, and the project resource planning
  • Liaise with the finance department on submission of payment requests/budget approvals and ensure filing financial requirements in the finance systems.
  • Collect and process invoicing/billing (incl. credit and collection) and payments (e.g. contractors, vendors)
  • Handle technology assets information and life cycle in ERP or any other Assets modules.
  •  Handle and maintain asset management standards in alignment with corporate finance and technology functions.
  • Provide technology assets reporting and ensure consistency of assets in all data bases.
  •  Conduct periodic audits and provide reconciliation reports between purchased and implemented assets
  • Help defining  contractual terms & statements to be implemented for all lease agreements
  • Check leases and annual site payments details and approve lease payments in alignment with other function.
  • You will be asked to undertake any additional relevant tasks/activities as delegated by the technology department.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security.


What do i need
 You will be required to have :

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or any engineering disciplines . with minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields .
  • Background in mobile technology planning, development, operations, Contracting, Finance etc.
  • Financial planning, contracting, budgeting and costing for telecom technology experience.
  • Technology business cases development & business requirement analysis capabilities
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of technology and security systems architecture design
  • Business requirement analysis capabilities.
  • Aware of technology roadmaps and developments.
