Position summery:
To Supervises staff members to provide direction and feedback and ensure assignment all types of orders and tasks are completed accurately and within specified deadlines, to achieve customer satisfaction and increase business profit.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Orders follow up: To supervises order controllers to Follow and control orders to ensure its delivery on a timely cost effective manner in order to lower the cost & achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Shipments cost monitoring : To supervise order controllers to Calculate, post & control shipments cost in order to maintain the correct cost of items and stock value.
  • Follow up clearance process: Follow up and control require document (AWB-BL –INVOICE –COO-IM ) for clearance , to insure its delivery on a timely , to assist clearance team finalize clearance in time.
  • Items posting: To supervises order controllers to Release all imported items in the system to ensure its accuracy & timely delivery to maintain a corrective stocks cost and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Suppliers communication: To supervises order controllers to Negotiate & communicate with suppliers to exchange data and get maximum support to better enhance orders operations.
  • Reporting: To supervises order controllers to Prepare monthly reports to reflect orders status and ordering operation performance to monitor logistics performance.
  • Claims follow up: To supervise order controllers to Submit, control & follow the claims with suppliers to increase the compensation ratio in order to increase business profitability.
  • Procurement Administrative reports  : Prepares and maintains various procurement administrative reports to ensure timely reporting and communication to the proper staff as needed.
  • Procurement Team Management: Supervises, trains inventory team in all aspects of inventory control to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills  to meet  inventory business needs and achieve high levels of performance
  • Analyze and evaluate procurement program.
  • Organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to complete job function.
  • Identify problems, analyze alternatives, and develop viable recommendation.


Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in related filed.
  • MBA + professional certificates in supply chain.


Experience
7 years + in logistics operations

Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Staff performance management skills
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Good knowledge in MS office
