Brief Description of Responsibilities
To lead and direct the development of strategy and plans for the marketing, selling of heavy; agricultural; and harvesting equipment with an emphasis on maximizing growth, revenue and profitability. Includes monitoring of performance against objectives and targets, and maintaining positive customer relations. Strongly promoting and effectively positioning CTC products in line with top management mission and vision.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
Masters of Science or MBA (preferred).
Minimum Experience:
(10-15) years of operational experience in Engineering Equipment of which at least 5 years are at a managerial level.
