To carry out customer's related tasks with respect to handling customers queries over phone or for walking in customers,  as well as updating Service status on the ERP system. Service coordinator will assist SVC team leader in all Service activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from reputed university.
Minimum Experience:
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, industry.

  • Understanding of operational processes and procedures.
