Position summery:
To advise and consult all fleet customers of the passenger car products and services we offer in order to achieve mutually agreed individual objectives, overall gross margin levels by applying the discount matrix and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Product Presentations
Fully display the features and benefits of all the passenger car brands range to all potential fleet customers in order to build the value and desirability of the purchase. 
Product Knowledge 
Display a full knowledge of  all the passenger car range to all potential customers to highlight features and benefits and answer any objections in a professional manner.
Demonstrations 
Provide a test drive in a vehicle to all potential customers in order to highlight the drive and build quality and promote mental ownership.
Follow up and referral
Systematically follow up all sales enquiries and contact existing customers for additional recommendation leads to ensure that all potential sales are achieved 
Process 
Follow the company designated sales system to ensure our customers receive a professional, consistent experience which maximises our opportunity to gain customer commitment.
Communications
Complete in a professional and trustworthy manner all required paperwork, notifications and financial postings that enables the smooth process of all sales activities.
Be a goodwill ambassador for the company by courteous treatment of Customers and prospects.
Seek and report important market intelligence relating to competitors, clients.  
Training & Development
Actively respond to any training requests and fully embrace the mutually agreed plans to enable personal and company growth through added professional development. 
Personal Standards
Ensure professional personal appearance and manner in adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:

BSC Degree in Business Administration or any related Field

Experience:
2 Years Experience in a similar fleet sales role 

Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Good communication skills in Arabic
  • Self-motivated & results oriented
  • Proficiency in English
  • Professionalism, Customer focus, Ethics & Integrity
  • Problem Solver &Team Player
  • Understanding of sales and credit procedures
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Clean Driving license
  • Numerate to proficient level
