Position summery:
Carry out mechanical, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Design & Supervision for company projects and sites.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Inspects the site building to see what the drawing will be like.
· Design drawings for new building extensions or alterations to electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment.
· Supervise site installations of all the electrical, mechanical and plumbing requirements.
· Consider what kind of design and electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipments should have in relation to the site.
· Creates drawings, usually using computer-assisted design and drafting (CADD) software.
· Indicate the dimensions and placement of each electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment.
· Prepare wiring schematics used to install and repair electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment and wiring in many kinds of structures.
· Offer diagrams for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning ducts and indicate the paths for plumbing pipes and electrical wiring.
· Include technical information, or specifications, of the materials to be used and the methods of installation.
· Engineer visits the site frequently to check that the plans are being followed.
· Approve the materials being used.
· Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
· Co-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractor’s engineers.
· To be part of proactive Construction Site Team

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Sudanese National (ONLY)
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 Years of Working Experience
- Very Good communication in English Language
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Knwoledge of Computer Mechanical Design & AutoCAD programs.
- Understanding of HVAC Systems, Components and Principles
- Specialist Knowledge in HVAC and Plumbing Works
- Communication Skill.
- Teamwork & Relationship Building Skills

- Reports Writing Skills
