To lead, manage and develop the business in the area of seeds and fertilizers in accordance with CTC Agrochemicals Co. vision and goals in developing agriculture through adoption of new technologies in superior seeds and plant nutrition.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
Masters of Science in Agronomy, Plant Nutrition or Seeds Technology.
Minimum Experience:
(5-7) years of experience in a similar industry of which (3-5) years in a managerial post.
Experience in the field of agricultural research preferable
