What
You will be accountable to the Services & Solutions Operations Manager for the effective and efficient delivery, management and Knowledge of Zain’s VAS products .
How
In this role your major tasks and responsibilities will be :
- Managing MS team effectively. & validate MS’s provided data in terms of Service Level Management (SLM), KPIs.
- Managing Suppliers and vendors
- Govern MS to insure Record and maintain system data models, processes, work-flows and configuration changes.
- Liaise closely with internal customers & MS Team to ensure that un-planned outages to the system minimize the risk of de-stabilization to the business.
- Participate in Technology Business Planning cycle through identification of projects plans and provisioning of cost estimates.
- Input into the development contingency plans to mitigate risks/issues as the Zain SD network expands and the business grows.
What Do I Need
You will be required to have:
- B.Sc. in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or Computer science with minimum 3 years experience in IT telecom is mandatory.
- Strong UNIX systems administration and programming skills.
- Mobile Telecommunications background is mandatory.
- Should have previous strong track record of success in VAS and charging services.
