Job Summary: 
Manage the advertising campaigns through implementing communication plans according to company’s strategies, plans and Corporate Identity guidelines

Description: 
1. Preparing advertising briefs for agency.
2. Align between the agency and the projects owner to develop campaigns
3. Attending photo and TVC shoots and recording, printing supervision
4. Support in TVD and radio productions insuring alignment with brand guidelines
5. Support online, brand operation and channel branding with visuals/comms solutions
6. Supervising and following-up on creative’s and updates on briefs from agency and production companies.
7. Campaign management, delivering advertising campaigns for value propositions and initiatives of the desired target segments.
8. Develop business cases for media sponsorships when necessary.
9. Direct media management may include creative ideas for other mediums such as outdoor and on ground activations.
10. Auditing daily press to ensure MTN’s ads are published and to follow up on what the competition is launching
11. Developing detailed media schedules for each media activity according to the campaigns being launched and the targeted segments (reach and frequency, cost, duration phasing, burst, drip, placement details…. Etc) and integrating and coordinating agency input on monthly basis.
12. Following up on all vendor payment, contracts and processes related to the projects in hand.
13. Establishing documentation process in both soft and hard copy.
14. Strict knowledge and implementation of MTN corporate guidelines on all communication / design related artwork.
15. Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.
16. Initiate surveys and researches for launched services to assess awareness ratio amongst targeted group (trial vs. awareness ratio)

Job Requirements: 
BA in Business Administration or Marketing Minimum 2 Years proven experience
