Position summery:
Responsible for spare parts receipt, placement in assigned storage location. Needs to check spare parts received quantities & specifications against order documents. Also required to manage space and determine storage methods according to the manufacturer's guidelines and Company safety procedures. In order to effectively do the work, the holder of this job needs to create requisitions and upload new spare parts in sage system.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To maintain the filing system and stock records as per Company procedure.
2. To maintain supplies of spare parts, in compliance with storage safety regulations.
3. To issue spare parts and supplies to the end user based on Company procedure.
4. To recommend disposal or obsolete stock.
5. Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System
6. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
·        College degree holder.
·        Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience (if any).
·        Preferable Technician.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
·        Spare parts Knowledge.
·        Computer Literate.
·        Communication Skills.
