Job Description
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As an Airport Greeter you are responsible to meet and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests so as to achieve high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

•Ensure that the paging board is neat, clean and the guest information are written correctly
•Promote and maintain good working relation with airline desk, customs, immigration and other airport personnel’s
•Co-ordinate and assist transportation requirements of guest
•Expedite the guest entry to the country by ensuring entry visas etc. are correct and have full and up to date knowledge of the visa procedures
•Liaise closely with the Visa Officer for visit visa application and the Visa Clerk for all typing required and translations where necessary
•Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide personalized service
•Display a paging board prominently to identify the guests arriving at the airport, according to established country legislation
•Carry the daily arrival and departure report in order to monitor guest movement.

Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences 
You should ideally have a diploma / degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Front Office / Customer Service. You must be a computer literate with fluency in both written and spoken English.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented, young minded individual with an outgoing and friendly attitude. You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events.
