Position summery:
To coordinate the activities of the pars warehouse and employees to insure efficient handling of parts orders and storage of parts
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Organize the parts warehouse to provide maximum efficiency within the parts warehouse area
• Develop and maintain general appearance of warehouse:
a. All times warehouse shall meet highest standards of cleanliness.
b. parts will be binned ASAP
c. empty cartons and pallets removed
d. yard area will be in a very clean condition at all times
• Parts picked up and delivered to customers at very short time
• Consignments received and checked against invoices for quantity and parts numbers
• Report immediately and any discrepancies in quantity, excess, short and damaged as per cat forms.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
Diploma in BA
Experience:
5 years in similar discipline 2 of which in a CAT dealer
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Knowledge of spread sheets –MS Excel
• Familiar with cat parts
