Position summery:
To Effectively Respond To All Customers Parts Enquiries And Properly Process Parts Orders.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To receive parts counter orders, phone orders and inquiries with courtesy.
2. Validates and updates serial numbers
3. Informs the customer of any new promotional activity
4. Recommends repair options to the customer: new, reman, classic, etc.
5. To efficiently process all orders.
6. To process emergency orders to inventory controller.
7. To invoice the available and received parts.
8. To report lost sales, new customers and new machines update.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
B.Sc or Diploma in Engineering Discipline
Experience:
2 Years as a Service Technician
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Parts Products, Parts Categories, and Machine Systems, reference Materials usage, Warehouse policies and Procedures.
- Very versatile in Electronic Parts Catalogues.
- Proper Selling Techniques Both technical and behaviour.
- Proper Customers Relations.
- Written and spoken English
