Position summery:
The position will be part of the Marketing & Business Development team and reports to the Senior Brand Coordinator. Brand Coordinator is the “gate keepers” of the brand portfolio. The role involves in grow, nurture and sustain the brands. Also involve in understanding market bases, products nature & market, and setting up competitor’s activities, creating regular and customized market activities. Proactive analysis and enabling swift decision making is an integral part of the job.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide teams with appropriate product tools, materials and presentations enabling them to achieve sales targets.
2. Monitor market trends, oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for product or service.
3. Supervising with MSU the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
4. Meeting clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
5. Developing marketing campaigns that suit the client's purpose.
6. design creative concepts for diverse product support campaigns & events, as well as briefing creative agencies & liaising with other departments to support each job
7. Develop marketing strategies to support international brands’ sales on a local level
8. Collecting names for new and existing competitor products and services.
9. Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, and road shows and liaising with MSU.
10. Support Brand Managers with all projects and Displays.
11. Work evenings or weekends occasionally to meet deadlines, attend product launches, conferences and exhibitions.
12. Work closely with Marketing Analysis team to monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace locally & internationally.
13. Developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brands.
14. Prepare analysis report on each marketing activity held.
15. Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to facilitate faster decision making.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, economics or similar.
Experience:
2-3 years' experience in marketing, event coordination, brand managing knowledge
