Position summery:
Supervise and coordinate activities of salesman engaged in selling and distributing products or services: Plans routes and schedules drivers, vehicles, and deliveries and pickups based on customer information.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To assist and support sales manager to influence and cost effectiveness and distribution of all products across all of allocated areas
  • To manage the sales team with aim of achieving the budgeted sales volumes and revenues
  • Maximizing distribution of our products across of the allocated routes.
  • Ensure journey plan are executed according to plan and reviewed as required
  • Achieve the standards of merchandising with the sales manager
  • Ensure a high degree of team motivation and achieve standard of excellence that inspires the sales team to higher operating standard.
  • Actual sales volume vs. budget.
  • Actual operating cost vs. budget.
  • Salesman journey plans actual vs. Planned
  • Trade inventory management with maximum 2 turns per SKU
  • Weekly and monthly reporting by KPIs
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales forecast
  • Preparing of weekly field visit plan with 7o% of available time spent outside the office.
  • Levels of distribution measured monthly through supervisor visit reports
  • Reviewing all sales Reps, performance and agreed action plans.
  • Reporting competitor prices, activity.


Minimum Qualification & Experience:

  • College certificate.
  • Two Years experience in similar job.
