Organizational Development Manager - MTN_Sudan

Job Summary: 
• To support and develop increased organizational effectiveness through the alignment and change management of performance; competence and organizational culture required to meet the vision and future needs of the MTN Sudan. To coordinate and facilitate the implementation of all of organizational wide processes in order to enable the diagnosis; action/intervention; planning and evaluation of organizational effectiveness.

Description: 
  •     Assist in the development and review of organizational design policies and processes to provide input where applicable
  •     Assist in the design and redesign of organizational structures to provide input where applicable
  •     Develop and maintain job profiles for the organization
  •     Coordinate the job evaluation process and provide support for users as and when required
  •     Maintain up to date organization structure templates for the entire organization for sound record keeping purposes
  •     Maintain an up to date database of all jobs in the organization for sound record keeping purposes
  •     Advise human resource business partners and other human resource teams on the organization’s manning levels and head count management principles.
  •     Assist in the development of human resource initiatives to provide input where applicable
  •     Facilitate change management processes for all organizational change with regards to the organizational structures to enable change management
  •     Ensure efficient processes and workflows within the human resources division.
  •     Monitor the organizational culture
  •     Monitor and manage leadership talent management system for managers, senior managers, GM/CXO and talented employee in level Lower levels
  •     Identify, maintain, and develop the company succession pipeline and identify the gap.
  •     Liaise with Division/Section managers and respective staff to establish, design and monitor the career paths for discussion with the line managers and management.
  •     Manage the Culture Operating System (COS) initiatives.
  •     Implement and design MTN-Sudan organizational charts according to the MTN standard.
  •     Amend organizational chart when it’s required according to division’s GMs recommendations and aligned to MTN standard and according to the business need and OD policy.
  •     Develop and follow up the Performance Appraisal policies and procedures.
  •     Manage and implement an effective employee Performance System process according to the company goals and strategies.
  •     Analyse and give solutions to various issues and problems related to overall Performance Appraisal.
  •     Manage surveys and present the results to MTN staff.
  •     Coordinate & administrate MTN Group Surveys’ and Present the result to the concerned division.
  •     Manage the job evaluation process for all jobs in the organization.
  •     Manage creating and updating of the job profile.
  •     Liaise with the internal audit department in order to have continues HR process improvement.
  •     Implement functional projects related to employees, ensuring adherence of deadlines, budget limitations and required quality standards.
  •     Develop and provide OD Analysis executive reports and Data within the frame of Organization Development.
  •     Perform Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Line Manager in terms of Organization Development. 
Job Requirements: 
• Essential - Bachelor Degree in Administration or Human Resources Management 
• 4 years’ experience in human resources, preferably within the organizational development role; 
• 2 years’ experience in a design / advisory role; relevant human resource experience – advantageous
