Position summery:
The Call Centre Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The agent must take ownership in effectively resolving customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries by telephone or email
  • Conducting outbound campaigns 
  • Manage and resolve complaints
  • Manage and update customer database
  • Research information using available data sources
  • Prioritizing and escalating cases
  • Documenting call information


Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
 1-2 years in Customer Service
