Position summery:
Act as the ambassador of Sutrac by welcoming guests upon arrival and directing them to appropriate areas. Engaging with guests to facilitate the required service and ensuring a seamless transition to the Front Office staff and providing guests with directions and information as needed. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 
1. Providing exceptional guest service by promptly greeting guests with a friendly and sincere welcome and navigating the arrival experience. 
2. Verifying guest needs and directing to appropriate service area or other destinations as needed. 
3. Using a clear, understandable speaking voice, exercising judgment, providing directions, responding to inquiries with accurate information, regarding hours of operation, directions to service areas and offers...etc. according to individual needs. 
4. Fielding guest inquiries, listening, extending assistance and directing guest to appropriate resources as needed. Remaining calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy activities 
5. Distributing and explaining printed materials and other items as needed.
6. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
University degree in a business or relevant field.

Experience:
2 Years  in hotel or Guest hosting area
At least 1 year experience in Customer Relationship Management
