• Design ICT Solutions for enterprise business customers
Description:
Key Tasks:
1. Design Solutions that suites customer requirements
2. maintain a continuous technical relationships within partners & relevant Product teams to leverage partnerships for complex solutions MTN are not able to deliver.
3. Low Level Design Understanding of MTN Business’ Large, Government, SME and Key customers
4. Manage Complex Solutions provided to customers with Key account managers.
5. Ensuring the matrix team is delivering on Tender requirements & meeting delivery deadlines.
6. Be the technical expert for product and provide product ideas for Large, Government, SME and Key customers , this will apply to offerings even outside of the MTN product stable.
7. Push the boundaries of solution designed within Large, Government, SME and Key customers and ensure that MTN EBU is innovative but responsible.
8. Support with solutions quotations and Pricing
Client Experience
9. Matrix management of large, technically complex bids and proposals
10. Submit complex low level designs, write ups and pricing to the sales environment.
11. Close Follow up for solutions implementation with project team and insure that it has been implemented according to the design.
12. Support after sales team in any complaints from customers regarding the implemented solutions and engage with technical team for optimisation.
13. Ensure customer escalations are raised within the correct departments and followed up within agreed time frames.
14. Provide technical consulting to Large, Government, SME and Key customers as well as internal
15. Build technical relationships within Large, SME, Government and Key customers, as well as internal stakeholders.
16. Provide technical guidance and training for client services department, and key account managers when required.
17. Assist in repairing relationship with regard to errors in design or redesign requirements within our Large, SME, Public and Key customers and provide training and ensure knowledge share within MTN Business to prevent this from happening again.
18. Manage ad hock tasks
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in ICT Discipline (IT, Telecoms, Engineering) or related
• CCNP “CCIE is preferred”
• Minimum of 2 years of related working experience” IP and network related experience & presales environment”
• 1 year of related working experience in telecommunication

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
