What
You will be accountable to the Technology Vendors Management, Risk and Quality Manager to manage centrally all finance and technology contracts handling and financial management including cost accounting, capitalization, and asset management as well as manage vendors.
How
Your main duties & tasks will be:
* Technology Contracts & Venders Management:-
- Contribute to the design and audit of RFP preparation and evaluation in coordination with vendor management, procurement and in support of the functional owners
- Support procurement and all functional domains in defining contract requirements and terms and conditions including definition of SLA's and performance incentives
- Support vendor negotiations process , monitor contract progress in alignment with procurement and functional domains and ensure the effective execution of vendor contracts
- Assess consolidated performance against SLA's in annual vendor appraisal, against contracts and terms and conditions.
- Follow up on performance penalties and incentives, based on vendor appraisal in alignment with Zain SD procurement and financial management and control
- Use team inputs to Develop recommendations to procurement for inclusion on, or deletion from the master bidders list
- Maintain the relationship with a technology of vendors to ensure a continuous up to date view on available services in the market
- Responsible Periodically update the cost base line, the cost accruals, and the project resource planning
- Support team members to Liaise with the finance department on submission of payment requests/budget approvals and ensure filing financial requirements in the finance systems
- Support Technology Contracts & Venders team to Collect and process invoicing/billing (incl. credit and collection) and payments (e.g. contractors, vendors)
- Develop recommendations to procurement for inclusion on, or deletion from the master bidders list
* Asset, License & Lease Management:
- Manage the process of Develop and maintain asset management standards in alignment with corporate finance.
- Support Vendor & Contract Management Team to Conduct periodic audits and provide reconciliation reports between purchased and implemented assets from technology perspective.
- Responsible of Definition contractual terms & statements to be implemented for all lease technology agreements.
- Check annual holistic leases and site payments details in alignment with planning and development and operation functions.
What Do I Need
You will required to have:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Telecommunications or any relevant Engineering disciplines.with 3-5 years experience in relevant fields .
- MBA or any professional business qualification is preferable
- Background in mobile technology planning, development, operations, Contracting, Finance etc.
- Financial planning , contracting , budgeting and costing for telecom technology
- Technology business cases development & business requirement analysis capabilities
- Experience in project management
- Business requirement analysis capabilities
- Aware of technology road maps and developments.
