Position summery:
Ensure that the proper mix and volume of inventory available at the right time and place.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Booking supplier invoices
• Daily system update (orders, delivery dates, machine allocation, serial no, reservations) and provide sales force accurate information
• Equipment allocation and prioritization as per Sales Manager’s guidelines
• Prepare delivery order and customer invoice
• Coordination with other internal departments (Accounting, Credit Control, Service & Parts, Sales Teams)
• In charge of physical stock taking for auditing purposes
• Ensure 0% discrepancy in prime product inventory physical count
• Yearly, monthly, weekly sales and inventory reports.
• Technical specification update in the system.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
B.Sc in Business Management/ Finance/Engineering
Experience:
0 - 2 years in Procurement/Supply Chain/ Finance
