Position summery:
Prepare, monitor &control parts stock to have suitable products available at an acceptable cost within a reasonable timescale
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Parts Demand Processes
Monitor all daily parts demand processes to prepare and analyze stock orders to plan and maintain optimum stock levels
• Stock Analysis
Analysis of all products groups stock to determine its minimum, maximum levels & stock ageing.
• Stock Parameters
Analyze and review stock replenishment parameters for all branches in order to meet each branch demands
• Initial Stock Orders
Prepare initial stock orders for new models in order to cover expected demand
• Warehouse Performance.
Contacts with all warehouse stock keepers in order to improve warehouses performance.
• Orders financial budget
Ensure that parts orders are within the set parts financial budget on monthly basis.
• Staff And Suppliers Communication
Communicate with department staff and suppliers to exchange information and resolve issues or concerns providing information as required.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
0 to 2 Years in an Automative field
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Professionalism, change management, customer focus, ethics & integrity
Proficiency in English, computer literate
Knowledge of Arabic Language
