Job Summary: 
To assist in developing and implementing an effective recruitment plan according to company goals and strategies

Description: 
  • Establish the annual man power planning.
  • Supervise and ensure applying of recruitment procedures and policy effectively.
  • Implement and maintain manpower plan effectively.
  • Carry second screening of applications.
  • Advertise positions internally and externally.
  • Send welcome note for new recruiter to all users.
  • Implement related recruitment programs.
  •  Prepare reports to the line manager.
  • Be part of the recruitment panel for all position same and lower then own position.
  • Check & maintain company’s Head count, budgeted positions and compare it with Org chart.
  • Supervise the advertising process.
  • Follow up authorization and internal recruitment process for selected applicants.
  • Insure documentation and filling of recruitment papers are done properly.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc duties assigned by management


Job Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field 
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience
