Job Summary:
• To assist in developing and implementing an effective recruitment plan according to company goals and strategies
Description:
- Establish the annual man power planning.
- Supervise and ensure applying of recruitment procedures and policy effectively.
- Implement and maintain manpower plan effectively.
- Carry second screening of applications.
- Advertise positions internally and externally.
- Send welcome note for new recruiter to all users.
- Implement related recruitment programs.
- Prepare reports to the line manager.
- Be part of the recruitment panel for all position same and lower then own position.
- Check & maintain company’s Head count, budgeted positions and compare it with Org chart.
- Supervise the advertising process.
- Follow up authorization and internal recruitment process for selected applicants.
- Insure documentation and filling of recruitment papers are done properly.
- Perform Ad-Hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience
