What?

As International Roaming Business Analyst you will be accountable to the International Roaming team leader for the provision of commercial and administrative support that contributes to the department’s objectives of being effective and efficient in end-to-end negotiations, management and delivery of Zain’s international roaming wholesales objectives.

How?

In this role your major tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Increase roaming revenues by participate in the identification of potential roaming partners ,optimizing existing roaming relationships and rolling out more operators in all for all roaming service (GSM,GPRS,CAMEL,3G ect..)
  • Participate on signing and executing preferred partnerships with key operators.
  • Monitor roaming performance and flag problem areas by producing periodic reports on roaming performance.
  • Monitors the performance of the roaming agreements and prepares monthly reports per services.
  • Follow- up fraud reports (i.e. NRTRDE & HUR) and aligned with international standard and concern department.
  • Responsible for handling SIM cards database for all roaming partners inbound and outbound.
  •  Handle the GSMA communication within the area of dedication & Update the GSMA information centre database.
  • Manage and follow up the roaming partners complains and enquires and follow with the concerned departments to make sure the roaming complains are handled on time. 
  • Update Roaming wholesales Database, IR21s, AA14s, TNAs, TCCs and CLLs and track the roaming agreements renewal updates.
  •  Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of roaming operations lifecycle, Initiation, negotiation, testing and launching processes,
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security.


What Do I Need?
You will be asked to have:

  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology , or any relevant field .
  • Minimum 1 year  of work experience in a comparable telecom company in a similar role where developing products and services.
  • Demonstrable market Telecommunication knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Good knowledge of technology platforms.
  • Knowledge or experience in international roaming is preferred.
  • Project planning and implementation (Project management).
  • Good understanding of Business and financial acumen.
