WHAT
As IN Operations Specialist , you will be reporting to the IN Support Team Leader and accountable for effectively and efficiently operate and maintenance of Zain SD Charging Systems and its peripherals.
HOW
- Will be required to monitor and operate All Zain Charging System network nodes (prepaid) effectively and promptly react to all network-related faults. This includes the actioning of all alarms and trouble tickets and adherence to procedures.
- You will liaise with Customer Care support persons to resolve the prepaid subscribers related problems.
- You will be responsible for carry out regular and ad-hoc system/equipment maintenance on Prepaid Charging system as well as record and maintain system data models, processes, work-flows and configuration changes.
- You will be asked for adhere to processes, procedures, activities and systems for accurate recording and reporting of system operation, maintenance, outages and downtimes.
- You will liaise closely with internal customers to ensure that planned outages to the charging system minimize the risk of de-stabilization to the business.
- You will coordinate with vendor support problem reporting and any upgrade of charging software releases that are required to keep the business systems up to date and to minimize the risk of de-stabilizing the business.
- You will be asked for assist with training for the customer care resources.
- Also you will be responsible for develop associated scripts for operation and maintenance and will be responsible for Charging Systems backups and reterival .
- You you be accountable for produce predefined statistics required against Charring Systems operation & maintenance .
- You will be asked for ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security
WHAT DO I NEED
- You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science, Telecommunication , IT or any technical discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in SUN OS , RDBMS and Shell Scripts.
- Also you will be required to have good understanding of IN (Intelligent Network) applications and understanding of the relevant regulatory, legal and other contextual factors impacting on the successful operation of Charging systems.
- Candidate is preferable to have a previous experience of maintaining, configuring and operating Ericsson Charging Systems.
