Job Summary:
• Works closely with Marketing division, Customer Experience division and corporate services division to create engaging content for MTN Sudan social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
Description:
Strategy And Governance:
1. To execute MTN Sudan social media strategy, including development of an implementation plan.
2. Ensures MTN Sudan use of social media extends audience awareness and reach of MTN thought leadership content, encouraging commentary and engagement.
Reporting and analysis:
• Provide reports to ensure that internal teams are able to understand all elements of social media performance:
a. Deliver monthly social media (MTN Sudan social media profiles) KPIs reports including implications and recommendations for optimisation.
b. Work with social media team to analyse and report on the effectiveness of MTN social media activities.
c. Deliver ad hoc performance reports.
d. Develop reporting formats to ensure they are easy to ready and engaging.
Content & Campaigns:
• Manage MTN Sudan social media campaigns with stakeholders, including timelines, deliverables, defining KPIs, measurement and execution across social media channels.
• Guide development of compelling content and messaging to post to various social media channels, including support for the internal editorial calendar.
• Advise on use of social media advertising and sponsorship where appropriate.
Social Media Monitoring:
• Responsibility for the management of the MTN Sudan social media profiles.
• Analyse metrics from social media monitoring tools and social media channel account reporting, to measure social media KPIs and determine overall sentiment.
• Evaluate performance of social content and campaigns, presenting analysis, insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Benchmark competitor activity and industry social media best practices, identifying areas for improvement for MTN Sudan.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Social Media, or any relevant field. Post-graduation in the related subject is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years in the digital and social media fields.
• Experience with producing social media and/or digital marketing reports and dashboards.
• Experience in content development and online marketing
