Position summery:
Maintain and manage certain parts franchises with regard to pricing, technical support in addition to a complete ordering sequence to insure proper centralized control of those franchises.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To maintain proper communication channels with respective suppliers regarding technical aspects, pricing, expected delivery dates, and shipments.
  • Communicate with suppliers to acquire annual prices updates, technical catalogs..etc.
  • Quote for franchises that are “on quotation basis” and follow up parts ordering and delivery.
  • To prepare and send all orders for parts to the respective supplier.
  • To receive order acknowledgement, OAEL report, doing the necessary corrections to OAEL, shipping status, receipt of documents, auditing the documents against orders, advising the logistics coordinator for clearing.
  • To deliver the emergency and stock orders invoices and packing lists to warehouse Supervisor to check and receive incoming parts.
  • To release orders into stock upon receiving the checked, signed, dated and timed suppliers’ invoices from warehouse Supervisor.
  • To check the availability of the short items periodically.
  • To claim discrepancies, damaged or wrong-shipped parts when reported from warehouse and documented by inventory controller to suppliers immediately.
  • Keep up to date information related to every order status and updates on back order status.
  • Provide technical support to counter sales representatives, PSSR as well as technical training.
  • Maintain regular stock replenishment process when applicable.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Academic Achievements:
University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
Experience:
4 Years in Similar position in Machine/ Automotive Dealer.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Very Versatile In Using MS Office Environment. 
  • Posses basic Process management knowledge and warehouse Policies and Procedures basic knowledge. 
  • Posses basic inventory control knowledge. 
  • Accounting Background Is Highly Preferable. 
  • Good communication skills verbal and written. 
  • Time management skills. 
  • Administrative skills (accuracy, measurement, consistency). 
  • Very Versatile In using Parts Catalogs.
