Position summery:
-Receipt all the fund comes from Customers regarding DAL Engineering (AGB) sales (on daily basis)
- Handle daily custody petty cash
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit & CNs
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Receipt & booking all DAL Engineering (AGB) fund (on daily basis).
- Preparing daily cash deposit to the bank & reconcile the system.
- Provide daily treasury cash report for the DAL Engineering (AGB).
- Handle custody petty cash.
- booking post dated Cheques .
- Replenishing the petty cash fund.
- prepare petty cash replenishment journal
- help customers by guide them to the next step after cash collection.
- Implement any other related work assigned.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any relevant field
Experience:
Preferable a person with 1-3 years work experience in a similar position.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure with limit time
- Good communications skills.
- Reasonable English knowledge.
- MS office knowledge.
