Position summery:
To conduct microbiology analysis on RMs and FGs. To conduct appropriate statistical analysis and frame specifications for all DAL Food products and RMs. To release specs to QA for adoption. To work method validation part in such a way to get accredit with ISO-17025. And to conduct joined-testing with team QA for enhancing their knowledge and competencies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To develop and validate microbiological analytical methods required by ISO -17025.
- Conduct statistical analysis, which will assist in framing and releasing specifications to QA for adoption.
- Analyze microbial parameters and approve alternate vendor materials, in consultation with PD Team.
- For routine analysis of Microbial parameters in all samples.
- Provides continuous improvement and generate new ideas for the job: roles, activities, tools, products, process, systems, policies, plans… etc.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree
- Min years of Experience 2-3 years.
- Intermediate skill level in: Word / Excel/ and Power point
- Intermediate level in both Written and spoken English.
- Analytical skill
- Result orientation
- Strategic approach
- ISO experience.
